ALL APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY MARCH 1, 2015.

PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION. 

*AN APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE A VENDING SPOT. Limited Space is available!

 

* VENDING FEES AND DEPOSITS:

Food Vending

There is one type of Food Vendor pricing available:

20x20 - $1,750

Includes:

-20x20 Space

-Water/Electric Hook Up

-5 Vendor Passes

No fountain or bottled soda, bottled water or Gatorade type drinks may be sold.

Beverages must be approved.

Must provide 50 meal tickets for Staff / Artist needs.

 

In order to be considered, application and $1,750 payment is due by March 1, 2015

If we do not accept your application we will return your deposit.

 

Craft Vending

There are 4 levels of Craft Vending Available, please note what is offered at each price level:

10x10 - $600

-10x10 Space (10ft frontage, 10ft deep)

-Electirc Hook Up

-3 Vendor Passes

 

10x20 - $800

-10x20 Space (10ft frontage, 20ft deep)

-Electric Hook Up

-3 Vendor Passes

 

20x10 - $1,000

-20x10 Space (20ft frontage, 10ft deep)

-Electric Hook Up

-4 Vendor Passes

 

20x20 - $1,250

In order to be considered, application and $600 payment is due by March 1, 2015.

*ALL APPLICATION FORMS AND PAYMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED BY MARCH 1, 2015 FOR CONSIDERATION.*

-We will collect vendor applications up until March 1st and will then decide on and confirm vendors by March 30th. All vending space locations will be determined by All Good Presents.

-If you are selected, we will send you a contract and take it from there.  Accepted vendors will be given their vending packets (including tickets) when they arrive at Legend Valley. Please note that vending packets will not be mailed out. 
 
*Insurance:
All food and craft vendors are required to have $1 million in general liability insurance. Further information will be sent out upon confirmation.

*Health Department
The Licking County Health Inspector will be on site throughout the event making inspections of food operations. Please comply with all Health Department requirements. Food vendors please note that the Health inspector will also examine whether food service workers present themselves in a sanitary appearance in appliance with health department requirements.
