The City of Manchester has engaged with Stock & Associates Consulting Engineers to conduct a Storm Water Flow Study within your area.
In an effort to best understand the current conditions of the storm water drainage system within your area, we are requesting some basic information from you. In the best interest of all parties concerned, we intend to engage in a “Partnering Relationship” between the City of Manchester, Stock & Associates Consulting Engineers Inc. and the Residents within this stormwater drainage basin to arrive at the best enhancement (highest performing, most economical and best environmental sensitive) solution to the existing stormwater system performance.
