Working with a Certified Personal Trainer is one of the fastest, easiest and most successful ways to achieve your fitness goals. We take great pride in the fact that all of our trainers are either certified through a nationally accredited organization and/or have a college degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology. Our team of trainers has a proven track record of coaching clients to achieve their personal fitness goals. When you decide to work with a AVSP Certified Personal Trainer, you are guaranteed a partner in your fitness success.

We offer 1-on-1 personal training, partner training, and small group training (3-5 per group). Training sessions can be 30 minutes or an hour long and are purchased in 4, 8 or 12+ session packages. Prices vary depending on duration and number of sessions per week.
 

Take Advantage of a Free Fitness Assessment

We suggest starting with a Free Fitness Assessment. During this assessment, you and your Certified Personal Trainer will discuss specific fitness goals, health history, dietary habits, current exercise routine, and your mindset. They will also coach you through a short physical assessment in order to understand your current fitness level. 

The Fitness Assessment usually takes about 45 minutes and gives your trainer enough information to make recommendations about your unique needs and what Personal Training package can best help.
