I offer 4 sections - if you ordered one sheet - you only need to fill out one section. 

if you ordered multiple sheets and multiple types of labels (regular, waterproof, clear, kraft) this is why I offer the multiple sections so you can tell me which goes with which.

Most of all my auctions provide you a choice to use ANY design I offer in my store. 

I need is the design name/number I have assigend to the design. 

I have SAMPLE and IDEA pages located at the very top of my store to provide you ideas.
