2017-2018 Special Interest Group Activity Report

SIG Overview

ILA relies on an accurate and complete Activity Report to ensure effective communication with your SIG leadership team throughout the year.  The Activity Report also provides important legal information regarding SIG functioning and organizational management.  It is strongly suggested that the SIG Chairperson complete the Activity Report, as he/she is your official liasion with ILA.                      
Note: Be sure to review all requirements before starting as you will need to have all information available before submitting the form.  
Submission deadline is September 30, 2017.

Special Interest Group Membership Roster

Please list below the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of your OFFICERS of 2017-2018.

CHAIR: A chairperson shall be elected by the SIG to serve a two-year term. The chairperson may serve a maximum of two terms. The chairperson shall be the official contact with ILA Headquarters.

SECRETARY: A secretary shall be elected or appointed by the SIG annually. The secretary shall be responsible for all correspondence with the SIG members. Minutes of the SIG meetings must be kept on file and be made available to the SIG and ILA.

TREASURER: ILA SIG’s generating revenue and maintaining a bank account are required to submit an annual budget, financial statements, and confirmation of 990 tax filing to councils@reading.org on an annual basis.

HIGHLIGHTS: Please summarize in 75 words or less, the activities planned/completed by your group during the FY 2017/2018 (from July 1, 2017-June 30 2018).
