IRA relies on an accurate and complete Activity Report to ensure effective communication with your SIG leadership team throughout the year. The Activity Report also provides important legal informatoin regarding SIG functioning and organizational management. It is strongly suggested that the SIG Chairperson complete the Activity Report, as he/she is your official liasion with IRA. This activity report is to include all activities completed from June 1, 2012 through May 31, 2013. Please submit this completed form by JUNE 30th, 2013.
