Meeting space requests will be considered for social events and business meetings but may not compete with IRA Conference program hours of Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm, Sunday 8:30am-3:00pm, and Monday 8:30am-2:00pm. Complete all fields below. Submit one form per event.
Requests will be reviewed and approved on a first-come, first-served basis. Space at hotels is limited, be sure to submit requests as soon as possible. Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt of confirmation and meeting room/hotel assignment.
