Limit of Liability

I hereby agree to the terms of the Stommish Canoe Races and I also agree to abide by the rules stated at the Captain’s Meeting Saturday, June 14, 2008 - 11:00AM - Stommish Main Stage. I agree to assume all responsibility for my activities (and my crew) as a Canoe Race Participant and agree that I have no claim against the Lummi Indian Business Council or the Lummi Stommish Committee, for injury, damages to, and/or lost or stolen property. I further agree to hold the LIBC, its officers, employees and the Stommish Committee, harmless from all suits, claims, or liabilities of any nature on account of injuries or damages sustained by any person or property resulting in whole or in part from any activities as a Canoe Race Participant under this applications/permit. By signing below, I hereby agree to abide by the terms & conditions set forth by the Stommish Committee.
