1. If the film or video is accepted to the festival, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. The entries will be reviewed by the MFF Board committee and its decisions are final.
3. Please include a self addressed stamped envelope if you want your submission returned.
4. Please do not send originals. We cannot be responsible for damage incurred during shipping.
5. Maximum number of entries per maker is 3 but you must fill out a separate form for each submission.
6. Please label all your work clearly with your name, contact information, length of video and title on the film or video cassette cover.
7. Entrants are encouraged to include any additional information (press kit, publicity stills, list of credits and directors biography with the film or video).
8. All works must be in English OR have English subtitles.
Certificate of Entry:
1. I am the owner of the film or have the right to submit the film to the Muslim Film Festival (MFF).
2. This film is not subject to any litigation nor is threatened by any litigation;
3. I will indemnify, defend and hold harmless MFF, its judges and managers or members,
individually and collectively, from and against all claims, complaints, causes of action, liabilities, judgments, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees arising out of or in connection with any and all claims and/or third party claims based on the materials I am submitting to MFF.
4. I do not hold MFF responsible for any copyright issues regarding my work.
5. I do not hold MFF responsible for any damage incurred during shipping.
