The Club makes every attempt to provide those in need with some financial support. The Club's Financial Aid Committee distributes the monies raised each year to as many eligible families as possible. In so doing, the Club finds it necessary to generally provide only partial award amounts toward total base program fees (travel costs are not covered). Only in rare circumstances is the Club able to offer full support.

The following factors are considered to determine who is qualified to receive financial aid:
1. Financial Need
2. Seniority in the Club
3. Number of Siblings Currently Playing in the Club
4. Participation in Yearbook and/or other fundraising opportunities
