Please fill out the form completely and return it to: savinemallrescue@yahoo.com Our adoption fee is $350; Our goal is to not lose money and our adoption fee covers all vetting costs, including pull fees, spay/neuter, all shots including Bordetella, deworming, heartworm screening, heartworm and flea preventative, grooming and any other costs which may be incurred. There is a transport fee of $250 for all dogs they are all transported from Western New York even if they are in foster care. Transport/Adoption fees only apply if you adopt.
