I recognize and acknowledge there are certain risks of physical injury and agree to assume the full risk for any injuries, damages, or loss which I may sustain as a result of volunteering in any and all activities connected with or associated with The Mutt Scouts.
I do hereby fully release and discharge The Mutt Scouts, their officers, agents, servants, and employees from any and all claims from injuries, damages or loss which may accrue to me on account of my volunteering with The Mutt Scouts.
