Council aims to resolve this application within 5 business days and email you a decision notice provided no issues are identified below.  If the application requires referral in accordance with the Planning Regulation 2017, early referral responses in accordance with section 57 of the Planning Act 2016 will assist in achieving these timeframes.

If at any point this form does not allow you to continue, this indicates that your application has been found to not meet the requirements for a Plan Right application. It will therefore be subject to the standard DA Rules timeframes and procedures.
