b. Four Corners Motorcycle Rally (4CMR) reserves the right to approve or deny applications at its sole discretion.
c. A member of the FCMR team will be in contact with you within 7-10 business days regarding the status of your application.
d. Applicants are encouraged to regularly check the official website (www.fourcornersmotorcyclerally.com) for updates on their application status.

Vendor Code of Conduct: a. Vendors must adhere to the Vendor Code of Conduct provided by FCMR.
b. FCMR does not provide tables, chairs, or easy-ups for vendors.
c. Vendors are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary equipment for their booth setup.
d. Vending from companies that promote racial, sexual, illegal substances, or poor morals is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Items and Services:
a. FCMR reserves the right to deny any vendor that violates the Vendor Code of Conduct or promotes items or services inconsistent with the event's values.

a. FCMR reserves the right to deny vendor applications without providing a reason.
b. Vendors must comply with all event rules and regulations to maintain their approved status.

Communication with Vendors:
a. All official communication regarding the vendor application will be conducted through the contact information provided in the application form.
b. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that the contact information is accurate and regularly checked for updates.

Next Steps and Important Information:
After submitting your application, you will be contacted within 7-10 business days with a decision regarding your application. Please note that due to our limited space, we must be selective in the vendor approval process. If you are selected to attend, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the next steps.
In this email, you will be required to submit the following documents:
- Proof of General Liability Certificate of Insurance (COI) covering the event dates.
- City of Durango Business/Event/Sales & Use Tax License required for all vendors.
- Payment Invoice: You will receive an invoice for payment that must be completed for your approval.
Please ensure that all three requirements are submitted in a timely manner to finalize your approval and booth placement.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:
a. FCMR reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.
b. Vendors will be notified of any changes, and it is their responsibility to review and comply with the updated terms.
By submitting a vendor application to FCMR, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the denial of your application or removal from the event without a refund.
