Vendor Application Terms and Conditions for Four Corners Motorcycle Rally

1. Application Approval and Communication: a. Submission of a vendor application does not guarantee approval. b. Four Corners Motorcycle Rally (4CMR) reserves the right to approve or deny applications at its sole discretion. c. A member of the 4CMR team will be in contact with you within the next 30 days regarding the status of your application. d. Applicants are encouraged to regularly check the official website (www.fourcornersmotorcyclerally.com) for updates on their application status.

2. Vendor Code of Conduct: a. Vendors must adhere to the Vendor Code of Conduct provided by 4CMR. b. 4CMR does not provide tables, chairs, or easy ups for vendors. c. Vendors are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary equipment for their booth setup. d. Vending from companies that promote racial, sexual, illegal substances, or poor morals is strictly prohibited

3. Prohibited Items and Services: a. 4CMR reserves the right to deny any vendor that violates the Vendor Code of Conduct or promotes items or services inconsistent with the event's values.

3. Approval and Denial: a. 4CMR reserves the right to deny vendor applications without providing a reason. b. Vendors must comply with all event rules and regulations to maintain their approved status.

4. Communication with Vendors: a. All official communication regarding the vendor application will be conducted through the contact information provided in the application form. b. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that the contact information is accurate and regularly checked for updates.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions: a. 4CMR reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. b. Vendors will be notified of any changes, and it is their responsibility to review and comply with the updated terms.
