RL3 Foundation "Motivation Weekend" Music Submission Form

Are you an aspiring music artist? The RL3 Foundation is looking for talented performers. Submit your best single to be considered to participate in the 2nd annual Ray Lewis III's (RL3) Motivation Weekend Music Fest. The event will be held on Sunday, June 1, 2025 in Apopka, Florida at the Apopka Amphitheater. This will be a family-friendly music festival. All genres of music will be considered. However, "clean" versions of all music must be performed. This event will provide an opportunity to showcase your talent, network with other aspiring artists, and provide exposure to support your musical aspirations. There is no fee to participate or any compensation. Music submissions should be recieved by March 1, 2025, and will be reviewed by the RL3 Board of Directors.

Those selected to particpate will be notified by April 1, 2025. You MUST be available to perform in-person at the event, and to attend the event soundcheck and walkthrough the morning of the event. You will be given time to perform two (2) songs, and you will need to provide your tracks for your performance.

I am voluntarily submitting a copy of my musical demo for consideration to be a performer in the RL3 Foundation's 2025 "Motivation Weekend" Music Fest. If selected, I give my consent for RL3 Foundation to use my name, image, likeness, and music to promote the 2025 Motivation Weekend event. RL3 does not manage or speak for me, and any inquiries related to my talent that may arise will be directed to my attention. I acknowledge that RL3 has not promised me anything in advance, and no prize money or compensation will be awarded for participating. I am agreeing to participate for the career exposure. By submitting my demo, if selected, I am agreeing to perform a "clean" version of my song, in person on Sunday, June 1, 2025, and to be available for all soundchecks and walkthroughs to ensure the success of the event. *
