General Instructions for Submitting a Scouting Assistance Request

We’re committed to supporting as many Scouts as possible through limited available funding. To ensure we can assist more families, we kindly ask you to consider the following guidelines when completing your request:

1. Minimum Contribution
   A minimum commitment of $85 is required for all Renewal assistance requests. This ensures that resources are distributed equitably among Scouts in need.

2. Thoughtful Contributions
   Please select an amount that works comfortably for your family while leaving sufficient funding available to help other Scouts. Your generosity enables more youth to benefit from the Scouting experience.

3. Encouraging Scout Independence
   Part of the Scouting journey is learning self-reliance and responsibility. We encourage Scouts to actively work toward funding their way by participating in fundraising opportunities or earning a portion of their Scouting expenses. This promotes self-sufficiency, determination, and a sense of pride in their accomplishments.

4. Clear and Accurate Information
   Complete all sections of the form accurately and thoroughly. Providing clear details about your request helps us process applications efficiently and fairly.
