Special Accommodations and Accessibility

Do you require any special accommodations or do you have accessibility concerns? For security reasons, mobility aids need to be approved by the Superintendent prior to the date of the tour. Keep on person medications would also need to be approved in advance. Requests for accommodations will be examined and reviewed on a case by case basis. *

I understand that I am requesting to enter an active Correctional Facility. Unacceptable behavior, including behavior which is deemed to cause a disturbance to the order and safety of the facility is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. While on Bristol County Sheriff's Office property, including within the secured perimeter of the facility, I am required to listen to all commands given by staff and comply with all orders. Visitors shall vacate the premises when ordered to do so. Those who refuse to leave when so ordered will be considered trespassers. Trespassing is a felony and trespassers may be criminally prosecuted pursuant to M.G.L.127, §36. *

Massachusetts Law (M.G.L. c. 268 §28) prohibits any person from delivering any article whatsoever to an inmate without the permission of the Sheriff or the Superintendent, or to procure an article to be delivered, to possess it with intent to deliver it, or to deposit or conceal it with intent that an inmate shall obtain it. Any allegations of such actions will be investigated thoroughly and may lead to criminal prosecution. *
