You'll explore food and wine pairings that were practically made for one another! Then go beyond the basics while gaining in-depth knowledge of Rombauer Vineyards' fermenting, barrelling and canopy management practices. Plus GROVE executive chef Greg Campbell will share tips and techniques that every chef or home cook should know when planning a pairing menu.
Introductions and hors-d'oeuvres begin at 6:30 p.m. with the first entrée arriving shortly thereafter.
