Cost: $20 - Includes class with Karissa Karma Yoga, wine tasting before class & a glass of wine to enjoy when you are finished!
Class Style: One Hour Relaxing Vinyasa. Movement paired with Breath. Low Lights, Calm Flow.
All levels welcome. Please bring your own mat and water.

Class Liability Waiver

If this is your first time attending a class with Karissa Karma Yoga, please complete the below waiver. If you are a returning guest, skip this section, and proceed to checkout.

I represent and warrant that I am in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical condition which would limit my participation in the classes offered at Grove Ballroom. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any of the yoga classes. I understand the risks associated with the activities offered by Karissa Karma Yoga LLC, and I agree to follow all instructions so that I may safely participate in classes or other activities.

I hereby WAIVE AND RELEASE Karissa Karma Yoga LLC, its owners, and instructors from any claim, demand, cause of action of any kind resulting from or related to my participation in the programs offered. In taking part in the yoga classes at Grove Ballroom, I understand and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation in the classes or other activities.

By signing this agreement, I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with attendance to yoga classes at Grove.
