You'll explore food and wine pairings that were practically made for one another! Then go beyond the basics while gaining in-depth knowledge of Cakebread Cellars' fermenting, barrelling and canopy management practices. Plus Pier 22 executive chef Greg Campbell will share tips and techniques that every chef or home cook should know when planning a pairing menu.
