Event Details: Join us for this one-time event and find out more about the Alexander Valley Vineyards winemaking philosophy including their barrel, cave and blending practices. Learn the basics of food and wine matching and enjoy a full course pairing menu created by chef Greg Campbell! Dinner is served family-style. Introductions and hors-d'oeuvres begin at 6:30 p.m. with the first entrée arriving shortly thereafter. Plus! All guests are entered to win a pair of tickets to the Forks & Corks sold-out Grand Tasting event happening Sunday, January 27th! The winner is announced at the conclusion of the dinner.
