Join us for an unforgettable evening of whiskey exploration at The American Whiskey Dinner! This five-course culinary event will showcase a selection of exceptional American whiskeys.

Indulge in a curated menu where each course is thoughtfully paired with a distinct whiskey from across the United States. Our chefs have designed a special menu featuring locally sourced ingredients that perfectly complement the unique flavors of each whiskey, offering a dining experience that is both sophisticated and memorable.

Seating will begin at 6:45 pm with Hors-d'oeuvres in the ballroom. Introductions begin promptly at 7 p.m., with the first entrée arriving shortly thereafter.

This event will feature community tables in our ballroom, giving our speakers the ability to approach and interact one on one with our guests. Tickets are available per seat; simply enter the number of seats you would like and you will be seated together. Ticket availability is subject to change and more may be released based on demand. About American Whiskey

In this dinner, we will highlight the rich diversity of American whiskey, showcasing notable varieties from regions such as Wyoming, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Colorado. American whiskey is a vibrant expression of flavors and production methods, with each region contributing its unique character to the whiskey landscape. 
 
In Wyoming, small-batch production often utilizes locally sourced ingredients, resulting in bold and distinctive profiles. Kentucky is renowned for its Bourbon, which must be made from at least 51% corn and aged in new charred oak barrels. This aging process imparts rich notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak, making Kentucky Bourbon a cornerstone of American whiskey.
 
Tennessee whiskey, famously exemplified by Uncle Nearest, often undergoes a charcoal filtering process known as the Lincoln County Process, which gives it a smoother finish. In Colorado, the whiskey is typically crafted with a focus on quality and innovation, showcasing a blend of traditional techniques and modern experimentation.
 
American whiskey is deeply rooted in cultural and historical traditions, with each region reflecting the heritage and craftsmanship of its producers. From the sweet, rich flavors of Bourbon to the unique offerings of other states, American whiskey embodies the spirit of its origin and continues to captivate enthusiasts around the world.
