Please note that if you are an Anonymous Donor, your information will be encrypted in our main system under your Donor Number (Account Number) in order to protect your identity. Once this information is provided we will process your order and contact you to schedule delivery. Please note we will be able to schedule your delivery after billing is finalized with the responsible party. Your order will not be shipped until we finalize a delivery date with you as a signature is required. If you need your order urgently, please respond by 5pm EST so we can process it promptly. If you are a Known Donor a Medical Release will be sent to you in a separate email.
