Exhibit Rates

Standard (effective 1/3/24): $42 per square foot

The Campus Pavilion- Standard*** (effective 1/3/24): $26 per square foot

Note: The minimum booth size is 100 square feet (10’x10’).

***The Campus Pavilion is an area on the show floor specifically for academic institutions. Companies must be from Educational Institutions or Non-Profit Organizations to be eligible to exhibit in The Campus and receive discounted rates.

Please note the following as you indicate your booth size and preferences:

  • Include ONLY the booth size for which your company will assume financial liability.
  • Review the booth display guidelines prior to selecting your booth size.
  • Booth locations will be assigned in priority point order for 2023 returning exhibitors who participate in initial space assignments. After initial assignments, booths will be assigned in order of the date and time the application was received. If your location preferences are not available at the time of booth selection, and you are not available to discuss alternatives, we will select the best possible location based on the preferences you provide.

JOB FAIR
 
Tabletops are 50 square feet (5' deep x 10' wide) and include a 6' table, two chairs, electric outlet, basic WiFi, (2) Exhibits Only passes and a Recruitment Package, where you may post up to (10) job postings on the SIGGRAPH Recruitment website, plus access a database of all student and professional resumes submitted. 
 
Rate: $3500 per table

JOB FAIR RECRUITMENT PACKAGE

Includes (10) job postings on the SIGGRAPH Recruitment website plus access to the Resume Database of all student and professional resumes submitted.

Please note: Each paid Job Fair tabletop already includes the Recruitment Package.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS and AUTHORIZATION

Terms and Conditions: I agree to follow all official Terms and Conditions, rules and directives issued by the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) SIGGRAPH in connection with the SIGGRAPH 2024 Exhibition and Conference.
Payment Policy: For applications received on or before 15, March 2024, a minimum of 50% of the total rental charges are required at the time of application. After 15, March 2024, 100% of total rental amount is required with application. Payment may be made with a check, credit card, or wire transfer. If exhibitor fails to pay according to the Terms and Payment Schedule, the exhibit space(s) shall be released and Exhibitor shall remain liable to ACM for the total rental amount, which shall become immediately due and payable.
Cancellation Policy: If an exhibitor cancels its participation on or before 15, March 2024, ACM will retain the 50% deposit and Exhibitor shall remain liable for, and shall pay to ACM, any balance due at the time of cancellation. If Exhibitor cancels its participation after 15, March 2024 or fails for any reason whatsoever to utilize the exhibit space(s), such cancellation or failure to utilize space shall be considered a default on Exhibitor’s part, and Exhibitor shall remain liable for, and shall pay to ACM, the total (100%) rental amount (including any balance due at the time of cancellation) of its exhibit space.
