**Annual Achievement Report Form**

All clubs must complete an Annual Achievement Report Form to be eligible for any contests. The form is for your Club Secretary (and other officers and advisors) to fill out and shows the District Board and Key Club International every club's progress! This year, one PDF has been created to be downloaded and completed. The form will automatically calculate totals that can be saved and submitted.
