Use this form to request the following types of changes to your approved concurrent/dual enrollment application:

To add additional concurrent/dual enrollment courses (Please note that the window to ADD courses for SPRING 2024 has closed. Students may still request to replace a course with a different one, but may not add new credit hours to an approved schedule.)

To replace one or more concurrent/dual enrollment courses with new courses

To inform College and Career Services of your intention to drop a course or program for whic you have been approved
