You are invited to apply to become part of a longstanding tradition in the charming village of Paisley, Ontario.  The Paisley Christmas Market is run on a co-operative basis with all vendors participating.
Please read the Vendor Agreement carefully.  Space is limited, and we will make every attempt to have a wide variety of products.  Those accepted will receive confirmation by October 30th.  If you are not able to complete this form in one sitting, you can create an account, and return later to finalize your application (select the "Save Progress" button at the bottom of this form).

Paisley Christmas Market is collecting and retaining this personal information for the purpose of approving you as a vendor for our 2021 season, and to be able to inform you of future markets. If you are approved as a vendor, your contact information will be made available to the other vendors and customers so that they can contact you should questions arise regarding your products. A link to your business will be on our website for years to come. Please let us know if you would like that information to be removed or withheld at any time.

Fees and Commitments

SPACE FEE: Please calculate the amount of floor space ESTIMATED for your display and choose the appropriate amount. We may need to adjust the size of displays based on the size of the space that we have available at this year's location. The Core Group will confirm your square footage once the Market is underway.  Any discrepancies will be discussed with you and adjustments will be made on your pay-out cheque. *
ELECTRICITY FEE *
HOURS FEE:  The expectation is that each vendor will contribute 24 hours to the running of the Market.  You can opt not to do those hours and pay instead.  Our preference is that people work the hours. Hours worked as the scheduled storekeeper over the 24 required hours will be reimbursed at the rate of $4/hour.  Any discrepancies will be corrected on your payout cheque.
