As previously communicated Prometric is releasing a new delivery platform that will replace the internet-based testing (IBT) platform. TCNet will improve the candidate testing experience by offering stronger security protocols designed to protect Personally Identifiable Information.

To support this upgrade all workstations used for test delivery will require either Internet Explorer v10 or higher or Firefox 20, and Silverlight 5 installed

Part I: Notification of Testing

Instructions: When your facility is prepared to schedule a testing date, complete this form. Use a separate form for each testing date you are requesting. Prometric will fax or email test date confirmation information back to the facility.

**Note** Prometric requires a minimum of four candidates scheduled per testing event. Fewer than four candidates scheduled will result in the event being cancelled.

Each NAE can test only eight candidates per day. If you have more than eight candidates, you must fill out a separate request form and request another test date. If your site has been approved to test more than eight candidates per day, please alert us to this information in adjoining box.

Completed applications must be submitted within 30 days of the event being requested.

It is the responsibility of the In-Facility site to notify candidates of their scheduled test day.
