*Please be aware, you cannot cancel this tests once you make reservation.
*Score report amendment is not allowed.

*একাধিক প্রোমেট্রিক আইডি ব্যবহার করা কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ। আপনি এই নীতি লঙ্ঘন করলে, এটি আপনার স্কোর রিপোর্ট প্রভাবিত করতে পারে.

*Please create another Prometric ID with correct name and different email address, and reserve the test by using this new prometric ID ONLY.

*For using multiple Prometric ID is stricktly prohibited. If you violate this policy, it may affect on your score report.

অনুগ্রহ করে ভাউচার নীতি দেখুন:
-অনুগ্রহ করে সচেতন থাকুন, আপনি একবার রিজার্ভেশন করলে আপনি JFT বেসিক এবং নির্দিষ্ট স্কিলড ওয়াকার টেস্ট বাতিল করতে পারবেন না।
- অনুগ্রহ করে সঠিক ভাউচার কিনুন। আপনাকে অবশ্যই আপনার পছন্দসই পরীক্ষার নাম এবং দেশগুলি সহ ভাউচার নির্বাচন করতে হবে যা আপনি নেবেন। আপনি যদি ভুল ভাউচার ক্রয় করেন, আপনি পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন না বা কোনো অর্থ ফেরত পাবেন না।
-ভাউচারের মেয়াদ শেষ হওয়ার তারিখের আগে পরীক্ষা দিন।
-জেএফটি বেসিক এবং স্পেসিফাইড স্কিলড ওয়াকার পরীক্ষা বাতিল করা যাবে না।ভাউচার কোনো অবস্থাতেই ফেরতযোগ্য নয়, কেনার সময় সতর্ক থাকুন।
-ভাউচারের মেয়াদ পরীক্ষার উপর নির্ভর করে পরিবর্তিত হয়। আপনার ক্রয় পয়েন্ট সঙ্গে চেক করুন.
ভাউচার জেএফটি বেসিকের জন্য 180 দিনের জন্য বৈধ, কেনার তারিখ থেকে 90 দিনের জন্য নির্দিষ্ট দক্ষতা পরীক্ষা।
তবে চূড়ান্ত সময়সীমা ১০ই মার্চ। কেনার আগে দয়া করে ভাউচারের মেয়াদ শেষ হওয়ার তারিখটি সাবধানে চেক করুন।
 
Please refer the voucher policy:

-Please be aware, you cannot cancel JFT Basic and Specified Skilled Woker Tests once you make reservations.
-Please purchase correct vouchers. You must select the voucher with your desired test name and countries which you will take. If you purchase incorrect vouchers, you cannot change or get any refund.
-Please take the test BEFORE voucher expiry date. 
-JFT Basic and Specified Skilled Woker test cannot cancel. 
Voucher is non refundable in any circumstances, please be careful when purchasing.
-The validity period of Voucher varies depending on Test. Please check with your point of purchase.
Voucher are valid for 180days for JFT Basic, 90 days fod Specified Skills Test from the date of purchase.
However, the final deadline is March 10th. Please check Voucher expiration date carefully before purchasing.

-প্রমেট্রিক আইডি পাওয়ার পর অনুগ্রহ করে প্রমেট্রিক থেকে প্রথম ইমেল বিজ্ঞপ্তি দেখুন। আপনি এই ইমেলে আপনার Prometric ID খুঁজে পেতে পারেন.
-আপনি যদি আপনার পাসওয়ার্ড রিসেট করতে চান, তাহলে রিজার্ভেশন সিস্টেমে "লগ ইন" ক্লিক করার পর অনুগ্রহ করে "লগইন সমস্যা" দেখুন।
-যদি আপনি Prometric ID এবং পাসওয়ার্ড উভয়ই ভুলে যান, অনুগ্রহ করে Prometric থেকে প্রথম বিজ্ঞপ্তি ইমেলটি চেক করুন যা আপনি আপনার Prometric ID পাওয়ার সময় পেয়েছিলেন এবং অনুগ্রহ করে আপনার পাসওয়ার্ড পুনরায় সেট করুন৷
 
Prometric ID and Password 

-Please refer first email notification from Prometric when you obtained Prometric ID. You can find your Prometric ID in this email.
-If you want to reset your password, please refer "Login Issues" after you click "log in" in reseration system.
-If you forget both Prometric ID and password, kindly check the first notification email from Prometric which you have received when you obtained your Prometric ID, and please reset your password.
রিজার্ভেশন সম্পন্ন হলে আপনি এই পরীক্ষা বাতিল করতে পারবেন না।
অনুগ্রহ করে আপনার পরীক্ষার দিনের 3 কার্যদিবস আগে আপনার অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্টের সর্বশেষ সময়সূচী পুনরায় নির্ধারণ করুন।
* যদি আপনার পরীক্ষা শনিবার, রবিবার, জাপানি পাবলিক ছুটিতে পড়ে, তাহলে সেটি হবে 4 কার্যদিবস।
 
You cannot cancel this exam once reservation has been completed.
Kindly reschedule your appointment latest 3 business days prior to your test day.
* If your test falls on Saturday, Sunday, Japanese public holiday, it will be 4 business days.
 
-ভাউচার কোনো অবস্থাতেই ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
-আপনি এই পরীক্ষা বাতিল করতে পারবেন না।
-যদি আপনি রিজার্ভেশন করতে ব্যর্থ হন এবং চার্জ করা হয়, তাহলে তা স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে আপনার
পে পে অ্যাকাউন্টে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
(যারা জাপানে পরীক্ষা দেয় এবং শুধুমাত্র PayPay ব্যবহারকারীরা)
 
 
-Voucher is no refundable in any circumstances.
-You cannot cancel this exam.
-If you fail to make reservation and be chared, it would refunded to your pay pay account automatically. (candidates who take test in Japan and PayPay users only)

পরীক্ষার দিন থেকে পাঁচ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে, আপনার স্কোর রিপোর্ট প্রতিটি পরীক্ষার রেজিস্ট্রেশন সিস্টেমে দেখানো হবে।
প্রতিটি পরীক্ষার পৃষ্ঠায় "লগইন" বোতাম টিপুন এবং তারপর আপনার স্কোর রিপোর্ট দেখতে "স্কোর রিপোর্ট" বোতাম টিপুন।
