IMPORTANT NOTES about Name Change Request
 
*Please select your test day correctly.

*If you have more than 4 appointments, kindly fill your test date(s) in the next field.
*Please be aware that Name change request only can be accepted after your latest testing date.
If you have any other appointment which is before reschedule and cancellation period, Please cancel it first.
 
*If your registered name is not match with your ID document, you may be not allowed to take test.
In this case, no refund and no reschedule refund request will be accepted.
 
*Score report amendment  request will not be accepted.

About vouchers, I want to know *
When and where you can purchase vouchers are posted on the "Voucher Purchase " section of each test's country page below. * Please note that most of the voucher selling is suspended due to COVID-19.

Your vouchers are not refundable under any circumstances.
About Prometric ID and password: *
You can check your Prometric ID or reset your password online *
You cannot cancel or reschedule your appointment once you reach less than three business days if your test date is a week day, or four business days if your test day is Saturday, Sunday or a holiday *
About refund:
 
Please note that you cannot get a refund once you purchase the vouchers. Your vouchers will be available again if you cancel your appointment successfully.

About my score report: *
Please wait 10 business days after the test to see your correct name on your score report. If you cannot see your correct name even after 10 business days from the test day, please select one of the below options. *
To change your date of birth, sex (gender) or nationality, please return to option "I want to", select "Change
    my registered information (name, birth date and so on)" and submit the correct information.
Within five business days from the test day, your score report will be shown in the registration system of each test. Please press the "Login" button on each test page and then press the "Score Report" button to see your score report. Your score report will be shown only if you enter the registration system from the test page of the test you took. *
