CLIENT SHOW FORMAT

The Client Show is open to distributors and their invited customers.

Exhibitor Policies specific to the client show: 
  • No Business Cards: Exhibitors are prohibited from handing out business cards to clients or from collecting business cards from clients.

  • Discussions with Clients: Exhibitors will discuss product benefits, case histories, suggested selling prices. Exhibitors won't discuss company contact information, net prices, what codes mean or selling direct. All literature must be "client friendly" - may not contain contact information. Exhibitors won't display sample order forms or special distributor promotional literature.

  • Client Leads: Lead forms will be made available.

  • Distributors may not work an exhibitor's booth.

Join us the evening before the show at a new venue offering golf, bowling and great food to enjoy with industry friends for a FUN night of networking

We'll celebrate the achievements of NEPPA members and honor our award recipients followed by a delicious dinner buffet! 

Hummus Platter with Veggies, Nachos Station, Chicken Tenders, Salad, Pizza Station (Marguerita, Meat Lovers, BBQ Chicken), Sliders Station (Cheeseburgers, Buffalo Chicken, Portabella Mushroom) and Coffee/Tea/Dessert (Ghirardelli Brownies), Cash Bar.

Non-members

NEPPA is celebrating 50 years as a regional and we have invited Industry veterans from a variety of backgrounds and experiences to share their views on where the Industry is headed in the next 50 years.

The discussion focus is the Evolution and Future of the Industry and will cover topics including technology, name brands, POD and more!

The panel will be moderated by Rising Star Emily Codner, Director of Affiliate Services of iPROMOTEu.

PRODUCT PAVILION - 2024 TRENDS

Highlight Your Products for 2024! Check out these NEW FEATURES...

LOCATION... LOCATION... LOCATION... The pavilion is located at the entrance to the show floor. 
   Distributors and Clients will see your highlighted items BEFORE they enter the show!

• A table tent sign will be provided with your company, product name, booth #
   and...  the QR code to your product's URL will be included!
 
• Distributors will receive a "client friendly" flyer, which will include a description of all products on display, which they may        email to their clients!
 
• Products will be displayed on tables, and the area will be monitored by attendants, however NEPPA 
   assumes no liability for any damage or loss of products.

• The area available per product is 1 foot wide. (Please call or email if you have a larger item -
   we will  more than likely be able to accommodate you.)

• Products must be brought to the Registration Counter during show set-up on Monday
   or by 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday.

• The cost is $30.00 per product.
