Clients: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Distributors may attend the show any time from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
CLIENT INVITATION
NEPPA has designed an email invitatation for you to promote the show and invite your clients.
Clients will R.S.V.P. to the distributor and will be linked to the host distributor upon registration.
HOW TO REGISTER YOUR CLIENTS
The Pre-Registration Fee per distributor rep for 1 to 5 clients is $15.00 per client; for 6+ clients, the fee is $10.00 per client. This rate applies for registrations received on or before April 2nd - the deadline for pre-registration.
The registration fee for clients who do not attend is non-refundable.
The fee for on-site client registration is $30.00 per client.
REGISTRATION OPTIONS
1. Enter client names on-line using the registration form below - limited to under 10 clients
Clients will be entered individually on the registration form.
Please be certain that spelling is accurate as badges will be filed by clients' last names.
They will be linked to the distributor entered as the host.
You will need to complete a separate registration for each host distributor.
2. File upload for any number of clients
You may maintain a client list in the Excel file provided and update it as clients respond to your invitation.
Please be certain that spelling is accurate as badges will be filed by clients' last names.
Multiple host distributors may be included in the same file - one payment.
The registration form provides an area to upload the file when completed to register your clients.
The distributor entered on the registration form will receive the email confirmation.
Provided below is the Excel Template for you to download which contains fields for the Host Distributor Company Name, the Distributor's Name and Names of Clients.

PAYMENT
Payment is due at time of registration. You may submit credit card payment on-line or indicate check payment. Checks must be received at NEPPA's office on or before April 5th. Badges will not be printed without receipt of payment.
CLIENT ON-SITE REGISTRATION
The On-site Registration Fee is $30.00 per client.
You may register clients at the show and/or clients may self-register at the show provided they provide the host distributor name/company. Distributors will be invoiced for clients registered on site.
We encourage you to register your clients in advance so you may take advantage of the lower rate and to avoid delay at registration.
CLIENT BADGES
Each client will be linked to the host distributor.
NEPPA will generate pre-printed badges for clients.
The badge will contain the client’s first name and the host distributor's name and company.
No client contact information is collected.
Please be certain that spelling is accurate as badges will be filed by clients' last names.
Badges will be available for your pre-registered clients upon arrival at the W3 & W4 entrance to the Putnam Club West, on the first floor.
CLIENT LEADS
Exhibitors will receive lead forms to note clients' products of interest for follow-up with host distributors.
Notebooks will be available for clients. Please encourage them to make note of products of interest.
