2023 Fall Expo Exhibitor Policies and Regulations
Suppliers, multiline representatives (and the companies they represent) may exhibit and must be members of one of the following: NEPPA, PPAI, Regional Affiliate Association or be SAGE or ASI subscribers. NEPPA Business Services members and endorsed NEPPA member benefits providers may contract exhibit space for their products and services.
All displayed products must be suitable for imprinting. All marketing and/or advertising materials displayed in booths must be related to the suppliers’ products or lines. Advertising materials or signs of firms other than those that have engaged space are prohibited. Unrelated companies may not share contracted space except in the case of multiline representatives. Exhibit displays must be ready 15 minutes prior to the opening of the show. Exhibitors may not breakdown earlier than stated closing time of the show. Exhibiting suppliers may reserve space only for their own use and may not assign or sublet space to others. Sales on the show floor are prohibited. Canvassing outside of the booth is forbidden. No one under the age of 16 may attend. No misrepresentation. No recruiting of any attendees shall be permitted at any time or in any manner during the show or events. Non-exhibiting suppliers may not participate.
Any hospitality suite or company meeting held at the NEPPA host facility/hotel must be approved by NEPPA in advance.
Violations may result in revocation of membership, removal from this event, being barred from future events, and/or fines.
The NEPPA Exhibitor assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify and defend NEPPA, SMG, DCU Center, the City of Worcester and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents against any claims or expenses arising out of the use of the exhibition premises. The Exhibitor understands that neither NEPPA, SMG, DCU Center, nor the state of Massachusetts maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor's property, and it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance.
Exhibitor registrants and attendees assume any and all risks occurring before, during or after any NEPPA event held in conjunction with the NEPPA Fall Expo, including injury by any cause and release NEPPA and its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, affiliates, and agents from any related claims. Attendees agree to adhere to all COVID-related state and local regulations and to comply with NEPPA and DCU Center requirements. Registrants agree not to attend if they are ill or had recent exposure to a COVID-19 case. Attendees will be required to sign a waiver and agree to abide by NEPPA's policies, including COVID-19 regulations.
Registration and attendance at, or participation in NEPPA association meetings or events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to fully consent to NEPPA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
Cancellations
Fall Expo: Cancellations must be received in writing. $125 is non-refundable. No credit or refunds after August 15, 2023.
