• The pavilion is located at the entrance to the show floor.
• A table tent sign will be provided with your company, product name, booth #
and... the QR code to your product's URL will be included!
• Distributors will receive a "client friendly" flyer, which will include a description of all products on display, which they may email to their clients!
• Products will be displayed on tables, and the area will be monitored by attendants, however NEPPA
assumes no liability for any damage or loss of products.
• The area available per product is 1 foot wide. (Please call or email if you have a larger item -
we will more than likely be able to accommodate you.)
• Products must be brought to the Registration Counter during show set-up on Monday
or by 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday.
• The cost is $25.00 per product.
