ISAPAC Donation Form

The Illinois Society of Anesthesiologists Political Action Committee (ISAPAC) is the political piece of the Illinois Society of Anesthesiologists — a separate fund within ISA devoted solely to permitting anesthesiology to participate in elections involving the Illinois General Assembly’s state House Representatives and state Senators.

All ISAPAC contributions are voluntary and the level of participation changes from year to year. ISAPAC bases its budget upon the contributions it receives. It is able to be more aggressive and participate in more campaigns when contribution levels are high. It is less aggressive and participates in fewer campaigns when contribution levels are low.

ISA now offers the opportunity to auto-deduct monthly or yearly donations to the ISA Political Action Committee (ISAPAC). Please look for the recurring "Frequency" option when autodirected to the payment page after completing the form below. Once the form is submitted, your browser will be redirected to an AffiniPay form that you MUST submit to fully complete your donation.

ISAPAC year runs January 1 - December 31, while ASAPAC year runs October 1 - September 30 of any given year.
