For most college and high school athletes the summer means one thing…TRAINING! The summer has always been the time when football athletes around the country kick their training into high gear. If you’re like most college athletes, the time after spring ball is crunch time for academics, and training can take a back seat for weeks leaving you de-trained. Going from a light to moderate training program, right into a hardcore 5 or 6 days per week summer training plan can spell disaster or even injury if you’re not ready!
