Why Are You So Slow?
Lately there has been a lot of buzz regarding a study comparing several hundred high school football players 40-yard dash times to their respective college 40 times.  The findings were astounding.  Most of the athletes in the study, after four years of college football, remained the same or actually got worse!  How can this be?  We’ll there are a lot of reasons; one being that most high school times are total BS and inflated for recruiting, the other is the subpar training practices of many strength & conditioning programs at both the high school and college levels.
What can you do to make sure your training program is headed in the right direction?
