The Jefferson County Fair begins Sunday, August 18th and the fairgrounds will be open to the public at 1 PM. 

** DEADLINE – Returning Vendors: July 15th    New Vendors: August 1st 

  • Returning vendors with agreement forms submitted by July 15th may request same space as previous year
  • All new vendor agreement forms and returning vendors forms submitted between July 16th – August 1st will be processed as received


Vendor Space Options:

  1. Indoor - Enclosed Block Buildings
  • Size of space: 10’ x 14’ along the wall
  • Fee $275.00 due at time of reservation
  • Electric is provided
  • No nails are to be driven into block walls. (Rafters overhead may be used as long as they are not permanently altered or damaged)
  • Please Note: Only 40 indoor spaces are available
  1. Outside Spaces
  • No weather protection (Vendors to furnish their own weather protection if desired; Vendors must secure tents and displays in the event of inclement weather)
  • Bring your own extension cords to hook-up to electric

  • $250.00 / 12 x 24
  • $300.00 / 12 x 36
  • $350.00 / 12 x 48

Important Notes

  • This is not a contract for food service. This agreement form does not permit you to sell food in any way. If you wish to sell food, contact the Fair’s food committee.
  • Vendors are responsible to provide their own tents, tables, chairs, etc.
  • Your entire exhibit display including units, tables, tents, awnings, landscaping timbers, mulch, etc must be confined to your rented exhibit space at all times.
  • No laser pointers, knives, throwing stars, nun-chucks, snap caps, play guns, or any other offensive products are to be sold on the fairgrounds. Any vendors violating this rule will be ejected from the fairgrounds with NO refund and will be banned from the fairgrounds indefinitely. We reserve the right to inspect any exhibit to ensure the integrity of each exhibit.
  • All spaces will be reserved as first come, first serve. Previous vendors may request the same space they occupied in 2023 by responding no later than July 15th. Reservations may be cancelled and money refunded ON OR BEFORE August 5th. No refunds will be given after August 5th.

PAYMENT: Payment may be submitted via check or cash. All fees are due at the time of reservation/form submission.

CONFIRMATION: Confirmation of receipt will be emailed to vendors after form with payment has been received. Additional communication regarding space location/check-in reminders will follow as the Fair approaches closer. CHECK IN/SET UP: Vendors may set up Friday, August 16th and Saturday, August 17th between 10 AM to 7 PM. All set up must be completed no later than Sunday, August 18th at 12:00 pm.

  • The check-in table will be located at the Fair Office near Gate 1 where vendors can obtain their welcome packets, including parking passes and daily entry passes.
  • Vendors will also receive a copy of the vendor map layout.
  • Fourteen daily passes are provided with your space rental at time of check-in. Additional passes are available at all local banks for purchase at a reduced price prior to the Fair.

TEAR DOWN: Vendors are responsible to clean up their area at time of breaking down with removal of all displays and trash. Failure to clean assigned area of all debris may result in rejection for future Fair’s.

  • Tear down of booths begins at the conclusion of public hours on Saturday, August 24th.
  • Vendors may return to the grounds on Sunday, August 25th from 9 AM to 12 PM (noon) to complete tear down. (Exhibit building doors will remain unlocked after 9 AM on Sunday, August 25th).

SECURITY: The fairgrounds will be patrolled periodically during evening hours throughout the week; however, all vendors are responsible for their own materials. Enclosed Block buildings will be locked each night.

PARKING: Vendor’s vehicles not within the vehicle owner’s rented space must be moved to the parking lot no later than 12 PM (Noon) each day and remain off the grounds while fairgrounds are open to the public.

**If you do not confine your exhibit and/or vehicle to your rental space you will be given ONE warning, after that you will be asked to leave the fairgrounds with NO refund provided.**

  • Designated vendor parking will be available near Gate 6. Please display parking pass in windshield when parked in vendor area.
  • Vendors will receive two parking passes at check-in
