ProCon 2021: JCC Excellence Showcase

JCC Excellence Showcase is a program of ProCon 2021 where selected programs/initiatives will be honored and showcased to the field. This is an opportunity to learn from colleagues in the field about successfully replicating and/or collaborating on programs. We invite JCC agencies (Centers and Camps) to submit their most inspiring and replicable programs and initiatives for selection.

Please review JCC Association’s criteria and guidelines for JCC Excellence Showcase submissions here

Selected JCCs will lead a dynamic, virtual 30-minute session on their program/initiative at the conference. Programs may be a one-time event or a series. Of those selected, only some of them will be presenting in real-time at ProCon because of limited space, while others may have their programs featured in a digital booklet shared with JCCs after the conference.

JCC EXCELLENCE SHOWCASE SUBMISSION INFORMATION

Please fill out the following form and refer to the attached guidelines to assist you in your application. This form provides JCC Association with the information and materials needed to select and highlight the best of what the JCC Movement has accomplished from April 2019 to January 2021. We encourage you to submit programs/initiatives that existed both prior to and during COVID-19.

The deadline for submissions is March 9, 2021 at 5:00pm EST.

Each agency may submit up to one (1) entry per category.

We are particularly focused on program activity between 4/1/2019 and 1/30/21.

Please note: We understand that COVID-19 has taken an immense toll on our communities and agencies, therefore if there is a program that was cut short or redesigned (e.g., staffing changes, moving to virtual) due to pandemic restraints (financial or otherwise), we encourage agencies to still submit these programs.

Is your JCC using specific strategies for individual media platforms? How are you segmenting for individual audiences? Are you seeking only a one-sided outreach, or are you creating dialogue and shared experiences? Show us your tried-and-true plans, or your revolutionary thinking, but either way these strategies must have clear methodology and a measured return to be selected for this category.

All submissions should include: objectives, strategy, tactics, ROI/metrics of success, and any materials needed to support the strategy, intent and outcomes.
