I/my agency agrees to:
Make a $1200 contribution to support the program
Allow the participant to include Fellowship activities as part of paid work time, without losing vacation or other benefits
Assign a supervisor in the agency to support the Fellow during the Fellowship and in the implementation of the Fellowship project
Commit to continued employment of the participant for two years, barring extenuating circumstances
