Thank you for submitting a proposal for the 2018 AOAP Aquatics Conference and Exposition. Please review the following terms and policies which will apply to all selected speakers.
* Please note that at this time we are not able to provide any speaker fees or cover any expenses.
There are 3 options that speakers may choose from:
1. A Complimentary speaker registration that includes sessions and entrance into the open to the public time (12:45-3:15 on Wednesday) during the exhibit hall will be extended
2. A Discounted speaker package for $200 that will include the Monday night dinner/social, the opening exhibit hall grand opening and meal, and the exhibit hall luncheon
3. A rate of (THE LOWEST MEMBER RATE) will be extended to anyone that wants to support the Association and attend all 4 meals/socials/sessions/exhibit hall open hours. - Monday dinner/social, Tuesday exhibit hall grand opening and meal, Wednesday exhibit hall lunch and the Wednesday night dinner/social
If your session is chosen, handouts MUST be submitted electronically to Juliene Hefter (email@example.com
) no later than December 1, 2017. All session presenters MUST provide handouts for their sessions. All handouts will be pre-loaded on to a USB flash drive sponsored by Lincoln Aquatics and will be posted on-line accessible by conference registrants only. The USB flash drives will not be sold following the conference.Speaker Substitutions:
Speakers are chosen in part based upon prior speaking history, knowledge and/or expertise. Due to CEU requirements speaker substitutions will not be allowed. Session Length:
In order to receive CEU credits all sessions must fulfill the time requirement of 1 hour 15 minutes or a double session of 2 hours 30 minutes. No exceptions can be made. Speakers agree to plan their session content accordingly.
