Association of Aquatic Professionals Membership Information

MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES AND DUES: The membership year runs from March 15 - March 15 no matter when you join during the year.  This ensures that you always qualify for the member rate for one conference/exposition. 
 

Lead Retrieval for vendors

Vendors: Check this to register for Lead Retrieval for your company and a special Board and Scan Code at your booth! (the deadline to register is January 3, 2018)

Please note that the booths in the Pavilion have filled.  Due to the high interest we opened up additional booths in the Horizons Room directly across from the Pavilion.  We will be serving the meals in the Horizons room as well as holding the wine cork raffle in there as well to ensure that all attendees will be in the Horizons room as well as the Pavilion.
*** Please note that electric is ordered directly through the exposition company, not through us.  The information will be included within the exposition link that they will forward on as we get closer to the show.  We will also send the link to all companies exhibiting as soon as we receive it.

HORIZON ADDITIONAL BOOTHS: (LOCATED IN THE HORIZONS ROOMS ACROSS FROM THE PAVILION) - Only come with 1 vendor attendee included in the fee

Conference Meals

EXHIBITOR Meals/Socials (Your fee includes 1 representative per company (no matter how many booths you have) with up to 3 meals below (they MUST be marked to receive them) - additional representatives, up to 4 additional representatives, are $150 each for the 2nd and 3rd representatives, 4th one is charged at the $299 rate to ensure that we are able to cover costs)
 
* Additional representatives, beyond the above would need to register at the lowest individual registration rate that is available at the time of registration and fill out a different registration form for that person/persons specifically. - Please note that any vendors added on site at the conference will be charged, at minimum, the $150 rate no matter how many you have registered.

Additional Exhibitor charges (any additional exhibitors beyond 1 for a company must register via the below chart - this fee covers the meals cost for Tuesday and Wednesday meals only and is charged per exhibitor please understand that this is so that we are able to cover our direct costs. Thank you) - No exceptions can be made to this policy. Thank you for your understanding.

Monday Night Social (this is not included within the booth registration and is $50/vendor attending.  If you would like tickets for your exhibitors to attend please choose the appropriate number of tickets.  The exhibitors must be those registered for the show. (Please note that this fee is our direct cost for the Monday night dinner/social)

Thank you for your registration; After we receive your registration we will charge your credit card. Once the registration and payment has been processed we will email you a confirmation and receipt. You will also be given the opportunity to print a printer friendly receipt after you finalize your registration.
