Association of Aquatic Professionals Membership Information

MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES AND DUES: The membership year runs from March 15 - March 15 no matter when you join during the year.  This ensures that you always qualify for the member rate for one conference/exposition.

Conference Meals

EXHIBITOR Meals/Socials (Your fee includes up to 2 representatives per company (no matter how many booths you have) (Except tabeltops only come with 1) with up to 3 meals below (they MUST be marked to receive them) - additional representatives, up to 4 additional representatives, are $150 each for the 3rd and 4th representatives, 5th and 6th ones are charged at the $290 rate to ensure that we are able to cover costs)
 
* Additional representatives, beyond the above would need to register at the lowest individual registration rate that is available at the time of registration and fill out a different registration form for that person/persons specifically. - Please note that any vendors added on site at the conference will be charged, at minimum, the $150 rate no matter how many you have registered.

Monday Night Social (this is not included within the booth registration and is $50/vendor attending.  If you would like tickets for your exhibitors to attend please choose the appropriate number of tickets.  The exhibitors must be those registered for the show. (Please note that this fee is our direct cost for the Monday night dinner/social)
