By choosing to delete your personal data with Openfit *

You agree to the following:

All active subscriptions and memberships purchased directly from Openfit will be cancelled and discontinued.
All active subscriptions and memberships that you purchased through a third party platform (e.g., Apple, Android, etc.) must cancelled directly by you through the platform, as Openfit is not able to control this.
Please note Openfit Customer Support will no longer be able to find your account should you decide to contact us again in the future. As such, please ensure all billing, returns, refunds and any other account activity is fully completed before deleting your account.
You will no longer be able to login to any Openfit accounts, such as Openfit.com.
Please note that, as permitted by law, we may retain a limited amount of your data for purposes of regulatory and legal compliance.
