To unsubscribe from MYX’s marketing emails, the fastest and most efficient way to complete this request is by navigating to the bottom of marketing emails you receive from MYX and clicking “unsubscribe” or “Manage Preferences.”

  • All active subscriptions and memberships that you purchased through a third party platform (e.g., Apple, Android, etc.) must be cancelled directly by you through the platform, as MYX is not able to control this.
  • Please note MYX Customer Support will no longer be able to find your account should you decide to contact us again in the future. As such, please ensure all billing, returns, refunds and any other account activity is fully completed before deleting your account.
  • You will no longer be able to login to any MYX accounts, such as MYXfitness.com.
  • Please note that, as permitted by law, we may retain a limited amount of your data for purposes of regulatory and legal compliance.
