To use the free Certified Mail program you will need a mailer ID and Certified Mail labels.

1. If you do not have a Mailer ID, please call USPS at 877-672-0007, select option 2 and then option 3. A live representative will walk you through the process of getting a Mailer ID.
2. After downloading Blumberg's Certified Mail program, read the QUICK START and HELP files for instructions.
3. For support first obtain a mailer ID and Certified Mail Labels then email  support@nwinds.com. Telephone calls will not be accepted.
