Affiliate Agreement

This Agreement is made and entered into on this day by and between PTWWN Broadcasting ("Company") and [Above Named Person] ("Affiliate"), collectively referred to as the "Parties".

1. Independent Contractor Status

The Affiliate shall act in the capacity of an independent contractor and not as an employee of the Company. As such, the Affiliate shall be responsible for all applicable state and federal taxes related to the compensation earned under this Agreement.

2. Automatic Enrollment

As an Affiliate, you will automatically become an Inspire the World subscriber and member at no cost. This subscription is required for the duration of your participation in the affiliate program.

3. Payment Terms

The Company shall issue payments to the Affiliate each Monday for business processed between Monday and Wednesday of the prior week. The Affiliate shall provide the Company with their Cash App or banking information for the purpose of facilitating commission deposits.

4. Commisions and Tax Requirement

Upon the Affiliate earning shall be as follows:
$100.00 for membership enrollment 
$100.00 refer a new TV Broadcaster
$200.00 refer a new channel owner
$200.00 for signed fundraising campaign 
$2000.00 - For payment of documentary
the Company shall request tax information. The Affiliate shall be responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on the compensation earned under this Agreement.

6. Acknowledgement and Agreement

By participating in the Company's affiliate program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
