DOCUMENTARY PRODUCTION AGREEMENT

This Documentary Production Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered on the date listed on this agreement.

1. PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Producer intends to produce a documentary film on behalf of the above subject.. The Documentary will be produce with the following deliverables:

• Pre-Production: Planning and discovery sessions to discern the vision and narrative for the Documentary.
• Production: Filming of interviews and B-roll footage.
• Post-Production: Editing of the Documentary, including music and visual elements.
• Distribution: Premiere on PTWWN TV platforms, with subsequent streaming on other platforms.
• Monetization: Collection of royalties from advertising and sponsorships.

2. COMPENSATION

The total budget for the Documentary is $12,600.00, to be paid in two installments:

• Phase 1: $6,300.00, due upon execution of this Agreement.
• Phase 2: $6,300.00, or the full amount, due 72 hours prior to the commencement of filming.
• Additional costs will occur if we are required to travel over 100 miles from the PTWWN TV Studios.

ROYALTIES

The Subject will be entitled to 33% of the Net Royalties derived from the exploitation of the Documentary on the PTWWN Broadcasting platform. "Net Royalties" means all royalties and other compensation received by PTWWN Broadcasting from the exploitation of the Documentary, less any reasonable deductions for fees, taxes, and other expenses. The Subject and any third-party distribution platforms will negotiate the terms of royalties at the time of distribution acceptance. PTWWN Broadcasting will have no liability or obligation to the Subject or any third party for the payment of royalties on the exploitation of the Documentary by such third-party platforms.

3. RIGHTS AND RELEASES

The Subject retains all rights to the Documentary. The Producer shall only produce, promote, and broadcast the Documentary on its platform. The Subject hereby grants the Producer the irrevocable right to use the Subject's name, likeness, voice, and life story in the production, distribution, and exploitation of the Documentary. The Subject releases the Producer, its affiliates, and assigns from any claims arising from the production, distribution, and exploitation of the Documentary.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Subject agrees not to disclose any confidential or proprietary information provided by the Producer in connection with the Documentary.

5. TERM

The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until the completion of the Documentary.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia.  

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.

8. AMENDMENTS

This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.

9. ADDITIONAL TERMS

The Producer shall assist in submitting the Documentary for possible distribution on third-party digital platforms, but shall not be responsible for any fees charged by such platforms.

By signing below, the parties acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
