The deadline to submit a 2023 Georgia Qualified Education Expense Tax Credit request through Pay it Forward Scholarships was Saturday, December 31, 2022 at 11:59 PM EST. All 2023 Georgia Qualified Education Expense Tax Credit requests submitted prior to the deadline were submitted electronically by Pay it Forward Scholarships to the Georgia Department of Revenue on the first business day of January 2023. As was our expectation, all 2023 QEE Tax Credits were reserved on this first day. No additional 2023 remain.
You can submit a request for the 2024 QEE Tax Credit beginning on March 1, 2023. The request form will remain open until December 31, 2023.
