Guest Registration

There must be a registered Main Conference Attendee to register a spouse/guest or to add any additional conference functions.

Upon submitting your form, FMEA will contact you to confirm your registration, total cost and provide proof of receipt.

Pre-registration deadline: June 15, 2018

(1 Banquet ticket is included in Spouse/Guest Registration)

Additional tickets to the Annual Banquet: $75
Child's dinner for the Annual Banquet (ages 8-16): $35

Cancellations and refund requests are subject to a nonrefundable 15% administration fee and must be requested in writing and received by FMEA before July 6, 2018. Because of hotel guarantee requirements, refunds of registration fees, tickets and special events will not be made after this date. No-shows will not be refunded.
