This will expedite the booking process by selecting only those that are offered at this time. If you would like to request a service, please fill out the short form below and submit it. A Health Fairs Plus representative will reach out within 48 hours.

For billing purposes, submit one form PER MONTH. Please do not submit more than 3 months at a time, as our presenters do not have their schedule that far in advance.

Recording Policy

Lead time:

Health Fairs Plus requests a 3-week lead time for webinars/fitness/demos and a 6-8 week lead time for Virtual Health Fairs in order to assure services.

Clients may make requests with less lead time by emailing Health Fairs Plus and will accommodate these requests as best we can, but we cannot guarantee your requested service(s) will be available.

Once a webinar/fitness/demo is requested, we will acknowledge the request immediately, but please allow at least one week for us to book a presenter and confirm the service.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that things happen and schedules can change.

You can cancel at no charge two weeks or more prior to the event.

There is a 50% cancellation fee for events cancelled less than two weeks prior to the event.

We charge 100% of the fee for events cancelled with 72 business hours or less notice.

Once a form is received and an event is booked, there will be a $50 fee to reschedule the event.

Recording and Participants Lists:
Our presenters will record their presentations and provide both the recording and participation lists for their sessions whenever possible.

In rare cases, a technical problem or privacy issue can prevent a presenter from providing a recording. In these cases, we will try to provide a pre-recorded version of the same session, but cannot always guarantee it.

Please allow up to 72 hours for recordings and attendance lists to be provided.
